APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING: Please arrive on time for all services. Reservations can be made by text/phone at 0455 839 780
All of our services require a valid credit card, gift certificate number or deposit at the time of booking
to reserve your requested appointment time.
BOOKING POLICIES: If you have a previous tattoo, before booking an appointment you MUST email us a picture of your previous work and a picture of your "goal" permanent makeup to make sure we can achieve your desired result.
DEPOSITS: $ 100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. No date is reserved until a deposit is received via Cash, Transfer, Paypal, or Square Invoice. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation of your reserved appointment time, a 3 BUSINESS DAYS notice is required to receive a full deposit refund. There shall be NO refund of deposit if appropriate notice is not given. deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.
RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit will be forfeited.
Please read the FAQ section before booking. The deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled. If you wish to reschedule, the appointment MUST already be rescheduled BEFORE the 72-hour mark prior to the original appointment. If we do not have a new date already set and scheduled by 72 hours prior to the original appointment time, the deposit will be lost and the appointment will be canceled. You will have to put down another deposit to book again. Deposits for guest spots cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or are transferable.
NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. All services are subject to an increase in price at any time. You will pay accordingly to the amount the procedure is when booked.
ARRIVING LATE: I understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will b required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late please Email or DM us on Instagram to let us know.
TOUCHUPS: Are not included and will be a separate fee that ranges depending on how long after the last session it is booked.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Are valid for a specified dollar amount and good for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
They are not redeemable for cash. Esthetic By Design is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
VOUCHERS/DEALS : Are valid for a specified dollar amount and good for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
They are not redeemable for cash. Esthetic By Design is not responsible for reminding clients regarding your voucher validity . Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns for Services: Esthetic By Design does not issue refunds on salon or spa services.
Should you have any questions or concerns or are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact your service provider directly within 7 DAYS so they may address these concerns in a timely fashion.
They will make every effort to remedy the situation.
Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependant on how one heals and will vary with each individual client.
Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin, or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.
All services provided are non-refundable.
If I feel that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, she has the right to refuse to offer her work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.
If you breach the policy, arrive with a contradiction, or pay a deposit before reading through the website and you have a contradiction, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled.
